We launched Tele-Optometry last year which was well received, particularly those unable to leave their homes for health related reasons. OPSM Tele-Optometry is like a short consultation in store and should not be considered a substitute for a full comprehensive in-store physical examination. Many eye conditions can be managed by a simple call or online consultation, and if we can’t resolve your issue, we’ll immediately direct you to your nearest OPSM store, a doctor for general medical care or a hospital if necessary.
To book an OPSM Tele-Optometry consultation, your members can contact their nearest store or OPSM Customer Care line on 1800 626 300 and our team will connect them with an OPSM optometrist to book their consultation. Our NSW and VIC stores remain open providing essential care.
