ACA Health Benefits Fund is in the business of providing private health insurance to the employees and their dependant families of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and the affiliated companies in Australia.
The role will support the Membership Officer in acting as the primary interface between ACA Health and its members. The role will be responsible for processing membership applications and all membership changes. The holder of this role will be a key part of the Customer Service Team, answering member phone calls and emails and discussing product options with members.
